Arfa7 Kids

Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to shop at Arfa7 Kids, including people with disabilities and those who use assistive technologies.

Our commitment

We aim for the site to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, and to the European standard EN 301 549, and we keep improving it.

Conformance status

The site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1, level AA: some parts of the content do not yet fully meet the requirements (see below).

What we have done

  • Pages have a “Skip to content” link that bypasses the navigation.
  • The language of every page is declared (Bulgarian or English) so that screen readers recognise it.
  • The rotating banners on the home page can be paused, and they do not slide when “reduce motion” is set.
  • Product photographs have a text alternative with the product name.

Known limitations

  • Product data and photographs come from the suppliers. Some photographs have no description beyond the product name, and some descriptions contain unstructured text or information that exists only in an image.
  • On the English version of the site, product names, descriptions and specifications are in Bulgarian only.
  • The content of the “Page not found” (404 error) page appears only after JavaScript has loaded.
  • Manufacturers' documents and pages that we link to (for example a digital product passport) may not be accessible.
  • The site has not yet undergone a systematic automated or manual accessibility review; we fix problems as we find them.

Report a problem

If something on the site is not accessible to you or you need the information in another format, write to us at [email protected] or call +359 877 900 982. Tell us the address of the page and what does not work — we will reply as soon as possible and help you get the information you need.

If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can contact Комисията за защита на потребителите (the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection) — kzp.bg.

Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on 13 October 2026 on the basis of a self-assessment by the shop's team. No external accessibility audit has been carried out. We will review it whenever the site changes significantly.

Only the Bulgarian version of this page is legally binding; this English text is a translation provided for convenience.
